I have a Compaq Presario laptop with a wireless network card. I am using a dial up internet connection, currently by plugging a phone line into the machine. I would like to be able to use the wireless network card to do this, but is it possible to do so without using another machins as a base station? Ideally, I would like a wirless hub (or similar) that I could plug into the phone jack connect wirelessly to that. Is this possible?
