I have been using my hp g6000 notebook for over a year and it has been working fine, last week i turned on the notebook and my wireless light was red and will not come on, i cannot connect to the internet usuing wireless now, any ideas what i should do pleaseee

Make sure there is no physical switch on the laptop that got moved. Also, some laptops use a Fn + function key combination to enable/disable wireless. You should probably check your manual to find out.
