Hi,
I have problem with my D-link DWL-510 wireless network card. I followed the installation guide correctly in the steps:
1, install driver and software
2, turn off and place card in PCI slot
3, start up and the installation startedMy problem is that the status off the card always is "Network cable disconnected" and ipconfig says "cable disconnected". I'm using Ad-hoc networking and my laptop (that I installed the same way) works fine(status = "Enabled"). I tryed to uninstall the driver, take out the card, restart, install, turn off and then put it in another pci slot by nothing helps. Both computers have the same SSID. Can it be something wrong with the antenna?
I'm out off new ideas, please help me.

We had trouble installing a PCI wireless card from DLINK too. The way we did it was not the way they say to.
1. uninstall the drivers for it
2. shutdown and put the card in.
3. Boot up and then install the drivers, then rebootdoing it in this order worked well for us
the instructions said to install drivers and then put the card in but it never worked that way for us.

Heyy.
Ok, i have a router that connects a USB to my normal internet and a Ethernet cable that connects to my Play Station 2 Network addapter. My internet on my computer works fine. But when i try to go online on my PS2, it wont connect. And on the bottom of my computer screen it says that the ethernet adapter is unplugged and that the USB is working perfectly fine.
Please help me! I can't go another day without Video Games!
