In general terms yes. Cat5 patch cables to connect each PC to an available LAN port of the router. Each PC of course has to have an available ethernet port. If they don't already have one then you need to get and instal 10/100 network cards. XP has a couple of networking walkthroughs in it's Help & Support menu. Do some reading
