I have 2 computers with 2 network cards , both are intel's , and a crossover cable , I know how to configure networks but I have a problem that everytime I try to connect with WinXP to the Win98 it shows me an error :"network cable unplugged" , the cable has been tested with other computers and seem to work , and I know that this is the right cable ( crossover ) for my 2 computers network , yet , I can't connect them... any ideas ?
