Windows Xp as a router?

OS: Windows XP Pro
CPU/Ram: 1400 MHZ/ 512MB

I have two NIC cards inmy desktop. One is connected to a DHCP LAN. I want to connect other NIC card to my laptop (also running windows xp) for accessing the internet. Please tell me how i can configure Windows xp as a router.Thanks.
