I have a machine on a windows network as a workgroup computer (not on a domain). I want to have a wireless router in front of my machine to act as a basic firewall, attach more computers to it and also to get wireless internet coverage in my office.

Is there anyway I can configure a router to mimic my windows network computer name and appear in the windows workgroup as my machine will normally appear (for file/print sharing)?

I have two 802.11b wireless routers:
The linksys BEFW11S4
D-Link DI-514.
