Windows Live Messenger Problem

CPU/Ram: 1 GB
Product: Intel pentium D

I have problem to connect to windows live messenger.
It say my key ports error and cant sign in to MSN.
But i click repair then it say repair complete but cant sign in , and i keep troubleshoot again it say key ports error again.
I try at my second PC
But it is also same problem
anyone can help?

It sounds like the msn messenger ports are not enabled.

If 2 pc's on the same internal network don't work, perhaps its your router that needs configuring.

Before posting try google. Backup. Use anti virus software.

my girlfriend is having msn problems and her moms too, it keeps signing her off and wont send massages or get them at times, well if anyone knows of a fix that be great,
