Windows Live 2009 Beta 2 Messenger doesn't allow me to make any voice chat. When I try to run the audio test, a message shows up "We are unable to run Audio and Video test", and If I try to make a call (voice chat) an error message shows up in the chat area "You don't have a sound card or you didn't select one", actually I got the error code, I couldn't find anything in google, I tried to send the problem to Microsoft I couldn't find the site to make that. I sent a feedback of the problem to Microsoft , got no replies.
BTW, older versions of the program worked perfectly but, this version has a nice look and has some new features that I like to use. Version 8.5 was the most perfect one till now.
