How do I not exclude firewall settings for a certain network adapter? Like how do I block all ports on one particular network adapter without disturbing the settings on the other network adapters?

If you are talking about a dual homed PC, I don't think you can do it with Windows Firewall. I looked at the netsh firewall commands and it doesn't seem to be possible.

A third party firewall may do it.

OK Thanks. I enabled Windows Firewall on that one network adapter and the rest, I left them off.
