Specs: Windows 2003 Server
Hello there,
I got an issue and would love to get some help.

Yesterday when i got to my office there was no internet in the whole work place, i tried to open outlook which is connected with exchange server and unfortunately was unable to send any e-mail through outlook express. Then what i did is just logged on microsoft windows server 2003 and what i found was that the system was restarted and improper shutdown was in place. i tried to connect the network and whatever i could, the only thing i had sucess is was in getting my fellow workers to get online. But was not able to get exchange server back online onto my network.

I really want help step by step that how to get back my mail server onto network and up and running as its creating lot of problems at time.

If you got any information regading this issue, will love to get it sorted and will buy you a dinner..: )

pardon me for my english and grammer.

Is the Exchange Server an actual server or Virtual? What is your network setup? You'll need to provide more details.

Hi man,
somehow, u need to check event viewer to see if there is any logged error that we can get into details.

anyway, u can check the database integrity to see whether the database is corrupted or in other words the exchange error dirty shutdown..
u might want to follow these steps;

then we see how we can proceed to next steps. ok..
