Comment:

I am installing a new Windows 2003 server. I am trying to set up a login script for Windows XP machines so that all users can see a networked drive. I have currently set up a login.bat file, to no avail, with the following lines:

NET USE Z: /DEL
NET USE z: \\WPHSSERVER1\D\%USERNAME%

What do I need to do differently? Where do I need to store such a login script? Any other pointers?

Thanks for the help.
