Win2k routing questions

I have Win2kServer and 2 NICs. One NIC is connected to the internet and it has 2 public IP's. The other NIC is connected to my private networks and it has 2 private IP's.
I want first network(ip 192.168.0.1) to connect to the internet with first public ip and the other (ip 192.168.0.2) with second public ip.

You need to map this configuration using firewall or proxy software.
