WIN XP networking problem!

"Home1 [workgroup] is not accessible. you might not have permission to use this network resource"
I have 3 computers, 2 wired and one wireless. the problem is the wireless and one wired can see each other and the 'other' wired - but this 'other' wired gets that problem I stated above.
Need help. thanks

wait I forgot to mention that I can access the internet on all three pcs.
and I forgot that even if the other pcs are off and only mine is running and I try to access the HOME workgroup it still gives that message.

I can't even access the workgroup. sometimes it takes forever to access the "entire network".
It sucks. XPs should be able to deal with each other just fine.

WHen I click the [workgroup] icon I'm supposed to see my self even if all other pcs are off, right? but then it won;t even let me go there. Freaking xp.

Disable the XP firewall on all PCs. This is the #1 cause of problems like this.

It could be a firewall issue, but in my case it wasn't because I disabled my Win XP firewall and still got the "... you might not have permission to use this network resource" message. This is, as the message indicates, a permission issue. Check out my link above ... doing the registry fix took care of it for me.
