I have added 3 machines w/win xp to a small network w/a domain controller. There are 3 other computer that were previously there running w2k. The xp machines log into the domain and connect to the file server but they will not connect to the internet. Under ipconfig it shows that they do pull an ip from the router (w/built in dhcp server). The w2k machines can surf the internet no problem. Also I can ping the router but i cannot ping an internt ip. the mac filter is not on. the result of the ipconfig/all is the same on the w2k machines, except for the ip address thx.

Make sure you have disabled the Firewall setting on the LAN card for the XP systems. It may be preventing you from communicating with the router.
