I have a computer actually three of them networked on a home network (linksys router/hub)... all three of them use windows 98 or 98 se they were all happily on the network until I upsized the hard drive and reinstalled windows 98 se. now the two are still ok but the one with the new install cannot see the other two... I can ping thier IPs and get a reply... I can hook them up without the internet connection and they see eachother... but as soon as I hook up and surf the web they can no longer see the others... the only thing I can figger is when they connect to my isp they have different gateways... I've tried everything and I cant get the new one to see the others... yes the workgroup name is identical to the others....please I'm about ready to scream... can anyone help me?

Make sure that you have the WAN port of the linksys connected to the modem and all the PCs connected to the regular ports. I've seen so many people try to route the internet through one of the PCs. I don't recommend that although it can work.
