wifi setup with static IP

Specs: Windows 7
hi :)
i just arrived at new office and found out that everyone here "fighting" over limited number of RJ45 cable
one of the RJ45 cable is originally used for tp-link wifi router, but someone reset it and they have no idea how to make it works again

now i connect to internet using those RJ45 cable with following setup :

IPv4 Address:
IPv4 Subnet Mask:
IPv4 Default Gateway:
IPv4 DNS Servers:,
IPv4 WINS Server:
NetBIOS over Tcpip Enabled: Yes

could anyone provide me the IP setup for tp-link wifi router?

You would google your model router and user manual. Then download and read the manual.

A down and dirty way is connect your pc/laptop to the router and boot up. I would expect you to get a ip address which will list gateway for access to the web interface on the router. All you need to know is the default logon info and password.
