Wait until all router lights are showing normal and connected to internet.
Now see if those two laptops can see that router.
Bear in mind also that, even if a laptop can successfully "see" your router, that laptop's wifi may not be compatible with WPA2 in which case it won't be able to connect to it. In that case, you need to change your router's wireless security type to either WPA or WEP to make it compatible with the laptop's wifi device. This problem is more common on older laptops built before WPA2 was introduced.
Another thing to remember is that some older laptop's wifi adapters aren't compatible with mac filtering either.
