If I had a dollar for every time I had a negative experience with HP support.........(they used to be the worst, I can't say anymore as I haven't had to call them in almost a decade now...thank goodness)
But, considering it's a brand new device it's probably your best bet to call them first. Here's hoping your experience turns out to be a good one.
