Can anyone please tell me Why new network port is alloted to every new process? Even though I am running same process again.

I think I understand you question.
For example, if you open a browser, both windows and unix assigns a random source port to it, a port above 1024. That along w/ the IP address creates a socket so whatever web page you request can be displayed. If it didn't do that, the process couldn't be completed.
