|Indeed, sounds like a physical problem. At my own home, when the ground is wet, I lose my connection for a bit, it requires the line to my home be replaced which up to now I have been too unaffected to worry about it. Your internet service provider is a good place to start, they can usually test the "sync" and see if you have a strong signal or they may send someone out. How are you connecting through; a cable line, a telephone line or other? Is the line on splitter? If you connect via phone line, are their filters on other phone lines (excluding their modem/router which never has a filter on the line)? How it works in my neighbourhood is this; if it's their fault, they pay the cost of the service person(if one is needed), if it turns out to be the 5 phone splitters someone put in themselves.....you pay for the service call, but your Internet provider is the place to start.|
To err is human but to really screw things up, you need a computer!
