im a student who stay in campus..we have a internal high speed internet connection, i can access(file sharing) file from other people who stay in same building but when it is in other building, it say impossible to connect.For information, the subnet is different for different block of hostel.but the thing is, we can play counter strike by entering the the ip address...its weird...we can play cs....but cant access file...do anyone have suggestion or software that can target ip address to acces ? SUGGESTION ? :)
