Windows has Internet Connection Sharing as a standard feature.

AnalogX offer a free proxy Server:

602LanSuite has a free proxy server version.
google for it


I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another so please feel free to ingore this.

AnalogX, as mentioned above is the best IMO.
