I was wondering if anyone knew of a good site that had a summary of some of the major RFC's, especially the ones realting to TCP, such as RFC 793. Thanks a lot for any info.

RFC-editor.org is the place to start. It's not a summary per se, but you can find rfc's relating to a particular subject pretty easily.

Depending on how you define "major", the Official Internet Protocol Standards index could be what you're looking for.
