Specs: Windows XP
I don't know where to find my router password so i can connect to other devises around the house. I have tried the MAC number and the S/N number but neither (or both) have been accepted, the password has to be 8 characters or more. I have two devises that have internet connection but i have forgotten the password so i can not connect the third one.

Go the the manufacture's web site and download the manual for the router. It will have the default username and password.

If you've changed the password, then you'll need to reset it to factory defaults, which the manual will tell you how, and then login and reconfigure it.

Bear in mind that the password to connect to the router management interface is different than the password to connect a device to the router.

You need to connect to the management interface first then set up wi-fi passwords once you are in.

If you have forgotten either one, the solution is the same. Reset and start again. Very few manufactures give a default password for the wi-fi connection as the format will differ depending on the encryption method used. That needs to be set by the user.
