In this case, I suspect you're right....it's only your computer. So, applying the tried and true troubleshooting technique I ask you, "What was the last thing you did to your computer before it stopped working correctly?"
Did you add/remove some software? Make some system changes?
If it's just your PC, it has to be something you, or someone else, did to the PC to make that stop functioning. The trick is to work backwards and figure out what change made it stop working and undo that change.
