is it true that amd is better and faster than intel thanks between smart touch or vaio one has intel and the other has amd processor

Definitely not.
All AMD prcessors I've seen in the past, were slower than an Intel processor at the same speed.
Also, on overheating, the AMD processor still dies, while an Intel processor makes oddities or shuts down.
Overheating could happen, if the heat sink get dusty.
Just have such Computer at my desk, for repairing it.

They use different measurements/naming conventions. AMD doesn't use MHz/GHz ratings like Intel still does. AMD used a dual bus at the same MHz/GHz rating which Intel didn't which increased the performance of AMD chips.

Overheating affects both equally. Modern mainboards for both monitor temp and shutdown if bios temp limits are met.

Rule I used to follow was AMD for workstations and Intel for servers due to SMP [symentric multiprocessing]. Now with hyperthreading [a subset of SMP] and multiple core processors, I buy what meets the requirements and is the least expensive. More AMD than Intel these days in my shop.
