So I have this router (WRT610N from Linksys) and as it says, it works at 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz band..
For the 5Ghz band, which card I must buy to be able to work at 5ghz band? Must the nic meet the 5ghz requirements? Any idea? any brand? model?
I want to install it in my HTPC so I can stream High Definition material..

The 5ghz is the 802.11a so start by looking for a card that uses that protocol.
A little info on your HTPC might help as to what type of card would be the most benificial.
