Reply: (edit)If you're going to use a wireless router you don't need ICS: ICS simulates the DHCP protocol software already installed in the router. You connect the router to your phone line, set it for a dial-up connection, and install wireless NICs to the clients. You may be thinking about a Wireless Access Point, which rebroadcasts packets from your LAN to a wireless network. If you goi this route you'll need to install ICS on your PC and setup a dial-up networking connection. Then you'll install a NIC in this Host PC and a wireless NIC the Client PC programmed to talk to the WAP. The WAP connects to your PC and rebroadcasts packets between it and your wireless client(s). For the time, money, and effort you're probably better off with the wireless networking kit. Try here for examples: http://shopper.search.com.com/search?part=google-cnet&q=wireless+networking+kit
