This problem has been occuring for a couple weeks now.

I have a WGR614 Netgear router. Every couple of seconds it says "A network cable has been disconnected" in a bubble that pops up on my task bar. It happens with any of the 4 port I plug the network cable into. It doesn't seem like I lose my internet, but it pauses for a second and sometimes disconnects my AIM. It always disconnects my Xboxlive though, so its probably a quick disconnect and the reconnects.

What should I do?

First check your cables--there could be a break in one of the wires inside the cable. A network cable testing tool would be helpful. Verify that the network cables are plugged in all the way in both your router and your devices, sometimes they click when you put them in but still arent in all the way. Check your routers power cable/power source. If all your devices go out at the same time the router might be losing power.
