Hi , I had a strange problem this week. One of my clients website was not showing in a particular ip , from other ips it was visible. I contacted my hosting people and they said it was blocked by them for failed logins in their web mail. It got released thereafter.

But still, the web site does not work from their ip with various ISP providers connections. Their network guy blames the hosting people, Hosting guys blame the network people. Am perplexed as what to do. Kindly suggest me what might be the scenario and how to rectify them . Any reply would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
