Website is inaccessible to 1 PC

Specs: Windows XP, 3 GB
I have a website and just changed the DNS name servers on it to point to a different hosting site. I can load the site just fine on my Windows 7 PC, but when I try to access the site on my XP Pro PC, it won't load. I've done a "ipconfig /flushdns" on the XP PC. Even when I do a tracert to the website on both computers, the route goes to the old site on the XP PC, but not on Win 7. What is going on here? Both computers are on the same home network.

I have the same problem on an XP box & I don't know why. I've checked for blocked sites in the browser, searched the registry, added entries in the hosts file & many other things. Try more than one browser. Try the IP address instead of the site name. What site is it & what error message do you get?
