Currently we are having a host on our email and we server. We are planning to set-up our own email and web server in our office. Anyone please help me onhow to set-up our own email/webserver. The hardware needed, softwares to use, and some tips&tricks on doing so. I am a newbie on this thing. Your reply will be a big help for our office. Thanks in advance.

assuming you would use exchange 2000, you need windows server with AD. you should have firewall and anti-virus to protect your system.
