So I think some of you know better than me!
So I want to play WarCraft 3 Reign of Chaos in LaN! I have 2 PC connected to each other! I create a game on one of them, and try to join on the other one, but the problem is that-on the other PC don't appear any created games. What should I do? please help. And if some one knows, please in steps! I would appreciate it! Thanx!

I'm not really familiar with the LAN interface on that game but if it's like others, you'll have to enter the IP address of the PC hosting the game you wish to connect to.

On the host PC, before running the game, open a command prompt window and type:
ipconfig
and write down the IP address. Then, start the game and once you've got that one hosting a game, connect from the other to the IP you wrote down. It should work then.

If it connects via TCP/IP, then you have to have some place to enter an IP address.
