want to share wifi internet but not files

Specs: Windows XP
I have a wifi network in a retaurant and give password to customers to use internet. I want my employees to be able to share files between my work computers without allowing customers to have access to our files. Using XP Pro on all but one computer. The Windows 7 computer requires a password when trying to connect from another computer. The XP Pro computers don't even require to log into same network, much less a password.

Some wireless routers have a check box that allow seperate wifi from lan traffic.

Otherwise you would put a nonwireless router in between the wireless router and your pcs. That would be the first step. The second step is to configure the win7 and xp pc with windows firewall to deny access from the wireless ip subnet.
