The W2k server needs SP2. The ISA server is locked down at install (No Internet until you configure it). Here is a good site to get information on configuring the setup.

yes dude I have cheked that isaserver.org but its contain mostly advance termonologies and I'm just in ,in ISA server and I have installed SP2. but you are right that after installing isa server it will need certain changes..one of my net friend send me this :

first.
creat a protocol role in access policy element allowing all trafic

Second
creat a protocol role allowing DNS lookup for all trafic

and finaly ISA Server allow only one dialup entry.Creat the dialup entry and then entegrated that entry with isa server.

for clients try the following

on each client computer give them a unique ip address and then install MSPCLNT software into the clients machine. U can find MSPCLNT software in ISA SERVER directory.

but I'm not able to create these rules ???
If you know then plz tell me in simple steps that where to go and what to do..

once again your consideration will be thanks in advance.

I wouldn't create a rule to allow all traffic. They usually only need http, pops and smtp. You don't need that dns rule either.
Check out this article about setting up rules.
