want to connect to my CPU over lan

i have a two computers and i want my computer to connect to the other with remote desktop but the computer i want to use it doesnt have it when u go to system.... but the computer has it .... what can i do????

Did you follow all the rules for starting Remote session?

Did you send an e-mail or make sure that the Remote Desktop service is started?

And I believe you need XP Pro. Your listing just says XP.
