Want help Thinkpad cannot access Internet

Specs: Windows XP, unknown
I cannot access internet, keep getting failure to launch, have no back up or system retore, and it keeps telling me that phony and modems are not launching! Partition of Windows XP and Vista Professional 2000! how do i restore the necessary things I need that got deleted from laptop and recycle bin free if possible? my magicjack is my only way of communication and it keeps telling me that it must be plgged into usb port but it is! have tried ac powered usb ports!

Are you saying that you have 3 versions of windows on the HD? Look at the device manager for missing drivers.

There seems to be alot of missing drivers! Anyway to get them back from the hard drive? The recycle bin was emptied/deleted after they were deleted from the laptop! Only one version of Windows and it's XP! I can't afford to take the thing to a computer tech!

You don't have to take it anywhere. Download the drivers from the internet on another machine & burn them to a CD.
