so ive been trying to get wake on lan to work for hours now. i have an integrated card in my a7n8x-x. i have the wake on lan or whatever was closest to it enabled in my bios. i know my motherboard is capable of doing it. i have two computers in my room and ive just been testing all day long. im trying GUI programs because im not good with codes. i got the network card enabled to allow it to come out of standby. can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to get this done? ive tryed many sites and looked at many other people's posts about the same thing. how can i get this done?

That may be the problem. As far as I know, Wake-On-Lan does not bring a machine out of standby, it turns it ON. Turn the computer off then use Wake-On-Lan to turn it back on. That's what I have always used it for. It *may* work for standby, but I know it works for turning it on.
