Hi,
is there anyone here that know a VPN server that runs under Windows 95/98.All i've found was NT/2000/XP Server.

VPN's require additional protocols which aren't found (at least not for free) with win95/98. Also ISP's are charging extra for allowing these protocols to pass through their network. (And if they won't allow it, nothing you can do will make it work.)
And if you don't have the hardware or the background to create a key map, best move on to something else.
