can anyone please suggest any possible way to connect home-office network. pleaseiandyz

You should check with your Domain Administrator or your Network Administrator. There may be rules in your workplace about allowing connections from the outside, and that would be the problem...
Life is more painless for those who are brainless.

Another question to consider is do you have a vpn router/appliance at work?
Give a person a fish you feed them for a day.
Ask a person to internet search and they learn a skill for a lifetime.

Network Administrator is at my office end on my isp side and they allow outside connections, but icant get thru from my home ip to the office ip. both ends hav VPN ready.

First thing is to simpify things by giving your home private LAN the same IP network address as your office. = 10.0.3.x Of course, you need to make sure that there are no hosts sharing an address. There's a good chance your office's subnet mask will actually allow more than just 255 hosts, minimizing chance of double up. If, for example, it's 255.0.0.0 then so long as your home address is 10.x.x.x it will be on the same subnet.
If you want to set up the VPN connection from your home PC, make sure some kind of NAT traversal is in place on all the routers in between. As far as I know (not a lot) NAT-T is the preferred protocol.
here's a good article:

Or, if you have a VPN device at home with a public IP address, then you can coordinate a tunnel between that and the VPN device at your work. Discuss with your network administrator.
I'm actually learning about this issue at the moment, so take this advice lightly, and hopefully other posters can chip in.
