Hello,
I have vpn set up from home to office. Both sides have linksys (BEFSX41 router). VPN connected is running properly. However, I cannot see the share files on either side.

Main trick here is to be running the appropriate protocols (know which protocols you are employing) for the VPN and to make sure you have both computers permissions set to accept the VPN. XP is quite friendly when settting this up however I noticed you have a 2000 box which might need permissions to be tinkered with.
