Comment:

I have set up a home network using a Belkin Wireless router and would like to implement VNC. I often need to resolve problems on the laptop in my network and would like to do so remotely if possible.

The router gives me three IP addresses: The computer running Win 2K(which also runs the router) is 192.168.2.11 - The laptop runs 192.168.2.7(Win Xp Home) - My desktop runs 192.168.2.35(Win Xp Home) - Both the laptop and desktop use Wirless network adapters.

I can share files and printers fine with the network and would now like to implement VNC if possible.

Can I do this? And if so, how do I go about getting the necessary software to do it?

Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Steady

Go http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/ and get it. Follow the instruction and it should run no problem.
