"i wont able to get intranet when i do so"

This is not true. This solution has never failed. Did you try it?

Post the results of a ipconfig /all for review. You may have a ip addressing issue.

I take it the server you need access to is not in your intranet subnet but beyond it.

For example your subnet is 10.40.149.22
but
the dns servers are in 10.196.222.193

which means there is a router between the dns servers and your machine. Most likely this also means the server you want to get to is past the router.

So removing the gateway entry will not work for you. This works when the server is in the same subnet the pc is in which is the way most organizations are setup.

You would need to put the gateway entries back. Not sure why you removed the one on the internet connection. You may want to try this to get a browser to only use the usb connection

I have seen similar setups as yours but it was to bypass the company's internet security. If this is the case be aware you can lose your job over it in the snap of a finger.

Even after using ForceBindIP software,i am not getting 2 network connections to work simultaneously, becoz when i connect 2nd network, the 2nd network wil automatically overrides the 1st one, so i cant get both the networks to work simutaneously . Can anyone have a solution for this.
