Hello,
I'm having a problem with my internet connection. I'm on a wireless system with another computer, and I made a reboot of my sytem by mistake - fortunately I had a backup. But now, my Internet connection is very weird: I can access most of the websites, but some of them, such as Hotmail when I sign in, don't work: Explorer only gives the "Cannot find the server/The page cannot be displayed" page. Also, my KazaA downloads are stangely very slow, while on the other computer in the house they are always at top speed. And my Norton Antivirus doesn't work (plus I had to resubscribe after the reboot) when I try to run LiveUpdate: it says to make sure I have an Internet connection.
Finally, manually downloaded programs from the Internet work well, whereas more sophisticated ones that have their own downloading system don't, like Adobe Acrobat Reader, MSN Messenger and IncrediMail. What should I do? I obviously HAVE an Internet connection, because I can type this message from my computer...
Please help!!
Cristallerine.
