DC Mom User September 9, 2011 at 08:10:20 Specs: Windows XP SP3
Netbook running XP with westell modem for dsl and netgear wireless router. running fine since January when Geeksquad installed. Connection started dropping this past week and now can't connect at all. Error 768. Geeksquad said they can't do anything about it. I've tried every troubleshooting. Nothing wrong with hardware. Anyway to renew IP address? Verizon says power outages are causing problems. But for a week? We haven't had any locally, so I guess it's their server?
