Until I recently switching to Verizon broadband DSL, it stops function. I try to connect the CICSO VPN server, it only returned "ERROR 800: unable to establish VPN connection ...." Any idea how to troubleshoot this problem?

Have you tried using the Cisco VPN client software? If not, give that a whirl and see if it doesn't work for you.
