UTP/STP cable configuration

Could anyone show me a site or send me email regarding the pin/cable configuration of a UTP/STP cable for: a.) Hub to Hub connection b.) PC to Hub connection and c.) PC to PC connection I realy need it because everytime we connect a network, their are some errors within the cable (color code) connection... Thanks....

On a and b just make sure the wires are in the same order on each end. With c make sure the wires are in mirror opposite order on each end. Don't hurt your brain with diagrams and industry suggestions.

I have no idea where TechTony got his info on a crossove cable, but it is wrong.
Standard straight thru cable (as you hold the flat plastic side up:
Left to right order -
Orange-White Orange Blue-White Blue Green-White Green Brown-White Brown
Crossover cable:
Left to right order -
Blue-White Green Orange-White Blue Green-White Orange Brown-White Brown

crossover cable is NOT MIRROR, go to www.duxcw.com, it will show and explain how each cables are made anwhy the crossover is NOT MIRROR ON EACH END. It is such a wrong info to give out.
