Please Help Me To know the type of the net work cable .... i,m using cat5e cable FTP and when i back to buy more cable i found only UTP ?? what is that mean ?? UTP OR FTP and for what it,s use ??

UTP is a type of networking cable. FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol and has nothing to do with your problem. I don't know where you got the idea that you have FTP cable.

If u need networking cable, you meant UTP. FTP is just the stands for FILE TRANSFER PROTOCOL, but perhaps, you are having problem with STP cable, that is another type of networking cable, similar to UTP, but with a SHIELD protection agains networking noise.

I'm sorry, but FTP IS a type of twisted pair cables. You are right it also is File Transfer Protocol. But you also have a Foiled Twisted Pair(FTP). This is a really expensive type of cable with perfect capsulation!!! It's really good quality. But it isn't used at home (most of the times).

There's nothing wrong with CAT5e cables and you can use it without any problems.

Search the internet for foiled twisted pair or FTP cable if you want to know more about it.
