uTorrent Randomly Stops

When using uTorrent, my downloads stop at random, from 20 seconds after starting them to 3 minutes. While I am downloading, my speeds are about 10/20 downloading, and 30/40 uploading. I can usually start the downloads again, but only after waiting a minute or so, or restarting uTorrent.
I'm not one of those who think Bill Gates is the devil. I simply suspect that if Microsoft ever met up with the devil, it wouldn't need an interpreter.

I've tried other clients, however, and it's not specific to uTorrent. This problem occurs with all of them.
